Choose a content you would like to teach in Class 8 and prepare a lesson plan to teach the content. Cover those 6 components of instructional design in your plan. When you prepare it, share it on your blog.
I have gone through preparing the lesson plan of grade eight of compulsory English based on the curriculum prepared by CDC. I have acknowledged different materials (documentary, pictures, Google maps etc.), done the division of students for letting them discuss on respective subjects, given homework and assess their evaluation through presentation of the findings. Before the beginning of class, at first, I will display the documentary.

Specific objectives:
After the lesson students will be able to
• Explain about the natural beauties.
• Understand about the importance of natural entities to enhance economic prosperity.
• Analyze the parameter of developments.
• Create journal about the natural beauties and share amongst the friends.
• Illustrate the importance of Nepalese natural and artificial artifacts for the sake of betterment of Nepalese people.
Teaching learning activities:
Introduction:
I will begin my class displaying the videos related to the text downloaded from YouTube.
Group division (how, what will each of the group do? how does the teacher rotate/manage groups)
Students will be divided into 3 different groups. I will give text related topic for each group.
Group 1:
Is the traveling really beneficial for learning? If so, how?
Group 2:
What are the significances of natural entities in context of Nepal?
Group 3:
Do the natural wonders and cultural phenomenon really relax the body and mind? How?
I will give 10 minutes for each group to discuss and let them present their summery of their discussion respectively in front of the class.
Main part/ teaching steps: what activities, what does the teacher do? What do students do? (Concept time and practice time)
Concept of time: I will use textbook.
I will use Google photo and documentary of Ghalegaun from YouTube.
I will show the introduction of topic, show the related videos downloaded from YouTube, go through the topic and present the conclusion with reference to the text.
Conclusions:
I will appreciate each group and motivate acknowledging the importance of natural phenomenon, analyzing the contribution of the natural entities in economic development, psychological aspect and socio-cultural importance.

Students will evaluate on the basis of their presentation of the findings. I will take the summery of every group. Analyze their contents.
Homework (Creative)
Make the report on the tourist spot nearby your residence. Elucidate the importance of that place for enhancing the tourism industry, why people should visit that place?
From the aforementioned lesson plan students will be able to acknowledge the importance of natural phenomenon, their respective parameters, analyze and assimilate them. Moreover, by the assistance of the guidance, documentary, textbooks and photos the teaching learning is presumed to be fruitful.
